ThredUp
This project was focused on migrating ThredUp's entire press site away from WordPress into Webflow. The goal with this migration was to clear all tech + design debt and build a clean website, standardized component library for engineering teams to use, and a structured CMS with an internal front-end for marketing teams to add relevant content.
My Approach
1. Audited the existing WordPress site to find pain points across design, development, and content workflows.
2. Rebuilt the layout system in Webflow using reusable components to prevent future design debt.
3. Designed a structured CMS with clear fields so marketing teams could publish without breaking the layout.
4. Deployed a clean and scalable interface that stayed on-brand and loaded quickly. No bloat. No surprises.

Outcome
The new ThredUp site improved load times by 17%, cut handoffs between design, engineering, and marketing, and reduced publishing errors across the board. The standardized component system made future updates faster, while the structured CMS gave the marketing team full control without needing dev support.
